2 Years back i have attended an interview. Sorry forgot the name of the company but it is in hyderabad. I always dream about getting a good job & i always feel that i can easily get a job with that over confidence I went to my first interview. Crossed technical around a bit hard next is HR interview.
My first interview with over confidence
2 Years back i have attended an interview. Sorry forgot the name of the company but it is in hyderabad.   I always dream about getting a good job & i always feel that i can easily get a job with that over confidence I went to my first interview.  Crossed technical around a bit hard next is HR interview.  

They asked me the first question " Tell me about your self ? " My body was started shivering. I was not able to give answers in a cool manner. Finally they kicked me out from that round.. 

What I learned from my first interview..  

1: Over confidence never works. I need to focus on how to answer all these questions.   2: I started writing everything in a note book. Practiced every day by giving answers to my self & to walls & in front  of mirror.   3: Purchased a nice book on “How to face interviews & GD “ practiced a lot every day.  

 I don’t know what happened after 45 days of practice I have attended my next interview in GOOGLE for the position Adwords representative. After few days I got call from google that I got selected . Wow what an amazing moment in my life. I was happy like anything.

My suggestions to all :  

        Never think that getting a job is very easy. We need to sharpen our skills before we are going to face our interview & aptitude exam.   1 : write down your strengths & weaknesses on the paper . Work every day constantly to improve your skills  2: Fallow few good books & actively participate in this kind of forums.  3: If you practice well enough confidence will come automatically  4: Never over estimate your self & under estimate your self. 

5: Learn from other people failures & success.
