hi friends, i think it is not possible in our country as the indian constitution does nt support this. Our is a democratic nation on the other hand the regional parties plays an imp. role in the development of their area......leaving that they are involved in the criminal activities. But still india has different languages, religions ....etc. as not seen in other countries. Dwmography plays an imp. role in the politics. If we want to go into the presiental election as being him the head like in USA firstly we have to change the Consitiution of our country, which will be a very hectic job. So i think it will not be done in our country.
