on the one hand it has many advantange,on the other hand it has many disadvantage.today india is going to be a superpower but it is not possible through public sector ,every where in public sector employees don't pay their attention to their work, generally they don't show their effeciency for company,so privatisation is a great need for india.but it will be hurdle for those employees who are more then 40 or50 years old they might be jobless.

I think there is no need of privatisation of public companies because the motive of private co. is only to earn money but the public co. never works for profit it works for the wellfare of the people. India is a developing country and it requires infrastructure like irrigation, road communication etc it needs a huge amt of money and pvt co. are unable to invest a huge money for the well being of people. In my opinion there is only need to improve in our system because there is some hinderances.

if the sectors are privatized the whole concern has an intention to increase the status of the company so, obviously the result given by them will be with a great quality and so it brings a neumorous benefits to people. Thus it gives glory to the people. The goverment at present plans many sectors to be privatized, this shows their irresponsibility. so, it must be privatized.
