the emerging opportunities for girls in various jobs has encouraged them to take the lead and show their talent in various sectors , be it arts, commerce,science,IT,retail .. or BPO/ITES.... the question of working at night and the security as well is a matter of concern. one canot avoid the worst but prepare oneself to defend in such a situation. few things which will help girls to avoid this situation might be.. to avoid going alone in cab. know the cab driver well, if a new one is dr to pick up, jus refuse to go. at the max wat ll happen u might loose a days salary or worst a job rite.. is it so precious than ur life.. Girls please be brave and learn some marshal arts tactics.. if not mastery.. cos that will help you defend urselves in a critical situation... this is what i feel.. if ne other points are there n any correction i welcome them..

Especially in this developed society and fast lane people have to acclimatise to all type of conditions.Even though it is unsafe for ladies to work in call cantres at night times it is compulsory and should be accepted.There have to be some guts to ladies to confront the different problems.Now there are two boons to all upcoming youth are either software field or call centre.software field is some what optimistic if we are adept at that otherwise it is audacious by adapting night shifts..In call cantres night time shifts are compulsory because there have to work 24 hrs.It is not that much safe but girls have to have some resistence to confront the people who are trying to bamboozle outside.there is police system develope,lot more security outside at night times,freequent patroling and all that. In any way night time duties are cumbersome for girls if they are pusillanimous....

hi raja u r absolutely right dat there is need of some camers n other things dat r helpful to safety of girls bt if u say dat if something is wrong happening wid girls den immediately call to police don't u know abt the action of police .don't u know so lazy they r.......den how police can help at that time wen police reach to dat spot only they will say sry n we will try to catch dat person................isn't it. don't u agree wid dis......... so i don't think so dat police is helpful in this type of case in dis case only a woman can helf by herself noone can help her .................time to move on n be strict .if u r strict den noone can hurt u. dat's all...........if we ned to go step to step wid world den need to do something against it n by unity we can remove dis problem onlem only.......thanx.
