Yes, MNC's are a devil in disguise. The ultimate aim is to make good money and for that they are always a step ahead from the other to take advantage of the employees. Paying less to an executive and charging his value more is what is going on everywhere. Apart from that appraisals are no more work based. Politics prevails everywhere.

multinational companies give good salary to the people & another side servant have to work 3 time more than in gov job

MNC really r devil in disguise
if they pay huge salaries to thier employees,at the same time they r sucking thier blood;
bt stil people want to work in MNc bcoz there they hv higgh chances of growth on d basis of thier performance,whereas in gov jobs they hv 2 indulge in corruption 2 achieve success odrwise hv 2 face transfer after a short period of time

ya these mncs require persistent snd consistent efforts to be put by the employees . no doubt they offer us with gud pay packages yet the happiness,contentment, relaxation,calmness is somewhere gets lost in these long number of hours

yeah i do agree with the above comment.. MNcs are devils in disguise..though they offer a gud pay, employees experience a greater stress nd strain at their wokplace when compared to other fields..this ultimately ruins the peaceful life of a person and no use in getting such large sum as pay..

mnc r not bad ....we shud encorporate it because when we will welcome other countries they will welcome us n this is how we get a bigger level of unity ....as far as it's concerned to home we need to be at peace but we do not need to run out of our hard work...besides all this we the mnc shud also look on the various points mentioned by my freinds to develop well.
