well in my opinion proper mangement is directly proportional to miximum profit.Infact the aim of management is to maximize profit.thier are four important aspects of management they are paln ,organize ,direct and moniter.when all the obove work is done effectively it gives maximum output .

Aim of any organisation is to maximise its profits by minimising costs. it is also depended upon the demand and supply of that partricular product. And management work is to manage them so very well that there could be proper channelising of the idea to be implemented in the process. it includes proper planning, staffing, leading and controlling of the management process so that they can work very efficiently so that their costs could be cut and can generate maximum profits.
