i m gonna to send a funny coment:- l think indians have become habituals of getti late. i have seen lot of people generally got late to thrir offices, colgs, etc. like if there is exam there wud be prep at a very low pace but as exam is on edge then prep took speed but finally v got prepared for our exam in last min.i think thats the same position which india facing. n v we may drastic chang in 2010..
