Governer shuold not be there as they are their for namesake only and orignal power power lies only in hands of C.M.

May be you're right, but, have look at the flap side of the coin, its just avoiding the problem instead of seeking for the solution. No doubt, the original power is in the hands of the C.M. in this case, some powers should be shifted from C.M. to Governor instead of diminish him.

yeah, i do agree governer should be there fr any state, coz he can take decision very quickly n but he should be trust worthy ..............
evry coin has 2 faces , governer shud use his right properly he/she shd nt use there in wrong way, coz now a days bollywood movies are boosting such propaganda against tht ...............

yes governor is necessary for states,though power is always in the hands of c.m...still in every dicission c m seeks permission of the govr.they r elected by president.they helps the cm inorder to maintain law and order in states.

you're missing one thing that when either PM or CM wants to introduce something new or wants to make any change. it applies automatically. It does not care for the approval or deny from the president or governor.

i do feel that governor is necessary for states but not with the same key responsibilties just like a puppet in the hands of cm...more over he shd given some authority.if not there is no meaning in appointing him....
