three of them are doing their on work for showing who is no 1 in this case,,,,,,,,this is no a case of individual or a mass,,, fault of entire system. in every system there is pros and cons,,, what we can do is study the things and try to change ourselves atleast there by we can improve the things .or other way we can only say that is bad ,,not good so on ,,change ourselves this is the only thing

Yes Jaisha, change is the keyword. or in a nutshell we may say if everybody honsetly resumes his/her work and also keeps an intention to help others in their need, the system may get better. and ofcourse none of police, public or politics can be figured out as culprit, all three of them are equally guilty

politics, police & people all three are responsible for this.as it is clear a person can do offense only we give him a chance to do that. As here is an advertisement in television people take bribes only if we gave it to them.but as today life is very fast no one wants to wait. he wants to work get done earlier with paying some money. so if we change our self by taking a pledge not to give any bribe to anyone we can improve our system. Hence we all three make country culprit.

Yes, the change has to come from all the three, people except their politicians to be true, but they don't want themselves to be.
Irrespective of the politicians we can be fair as is the case with
Great Metro Shridharan, who had honestly gone against the late Y.S.R govt. for to stop the metro project based on B.O.T

Its very narrow mindedness to highlight those 3 P's( Politics,police,People) for the cause...
Ofcourse "Change" is the Key word but where and what should be changed ..?
I think, Its we the Educated people(also the one reading this comment) who should change ourselves .. i.e., the way we look at this world.. i mean eventhough knowing what is right and what is wrong we take everything for granted.
I believe unless we educated people become serious there is no solution to this problem...

I think people is the culprit because we are the chooser of our leader so we don't blame to them and the securit/police we have to coperate with them because police don't do any thing with our permission of the Court and the given instruction by the government ........
so the main culprit is people...

no people is not culprit this is my thinking i explain if 10 politician are participate in election for choosing the prime mnister and all are culprit and people have a apportunity to choose the leader and people choose the leader so its mistake of politics not people

here all are seems to be culprit when they are not doin their jobs correctly .each and every one has its own responsiblities one should hav courage to do their jobs with full interst...all goes well there seems to be no culprit then we hav a good society....

kartik just stick to 1 statement that who is a actual culprit according to me the politicians are the culprits b'coz they r the most corrupted,there primary motive is to earn money and for that they can go to any extent,earning commision is the thing that they just do.

people are the most liable for all wrong dones. everyone wants gandhi, shivaji or bhagat Singh to be borned soon but in neighbours house. nobody wants to take risk. everything which is wrong is going on very easily by the people for the people through the people. curreption starts prior to birth certificate & remains after death too.

hi everyone this is a nice topic to discuss here everyone is blaming that al 3 r culprit some1 say politics,somesays police n public.u knw who al they r we. according to me our system is main culprit for all such bad things and this three are the part of the system ,so they are equally culprit .In todays life everyone wants position in the society ,rich people are giving there money to the police and Politician for their work and they are increasing the curruption.according to me if everyone understand there responsibilities and raise there voice against the curruption then we can make our system curruption free....

in my views nw a days every 1 is culprit bcoz every1 is doing some kind of offence or crime.. people are doing theft,robbery,
nd other illegal works so they r culprit nd except it polices r also culprit coz they r nt perform their responsibility well they dont arrest d criminals nd many times they arrest an innocent person 2 hide their irresponsibility nd they r also doing various illegal works .. in d same way politicians r also culprit bcoz they never keep their promise they also do d illegal works nd nt do their all responsibilities..

i agree with priyanka.i think all the three has to change.truly,honestly and no cheatings then there can be no culprits.honesty should develop from themselves.then we can also called india as honest nation.
