yes china is better than india in making software , we can easily see the latest technology being developed by china & with low cost . The most common example of it is the "chinese mobile" which has sales unexpectedly in indian market neglecting its worst quality . There are other software too which has good sale value & with low cost . So effectively chinese market are better than us in making software .

the fact about this is he is quiet right .I appreciate that but in india we are strong in software too. Because we have the strongest programmers for missile chips and not to mention in bank softwares .. India is doing excellent in bank softwares. so its not the right ime to conclude that india is not better ok..

yeah i appreciate the point that jerome discussed. but in india economy i s not as agood as china that why many of programmers in our country shifts to other countries like usa..etc although we also have developement techniques and variuos programers here yet we cannt fully utilise them but in china they are utilising it effectively.china is now a days strong in weapons,submariens that he prepares behind doorsalso china aids pakistan in technology why so because china have technogy to give to pakistan.but in india due to poor economy(now growing) we have to sit or wait till we got enough money to develope softwares.

i can't say that india is not better than china in the software field because in india highly talented programmer is present to developed excellent and better software , yet foreign companies opening their branches in indian because of india's better command on software field .

Although we had got good programmers, we cannot be able to market our products at the price china is giving, and their government is very focused about development, while in India it is all about vote bank politics and no time to think about people.

As India and china both are developing countries foreign companies prefer to open up a branch in either of these. coming to India, has more population ,more technical minds ,more opportunities more companies generally foreigners prefer India as people work better for a less wage. on contrary china has a very good edge over the above mentioned factors and they are also have proved software engineers.an example is china goods (mobile) less cost .of course its durability is not that as original. in other countries also they prefer china goods to Indian ones.

to sum it up, i will say that , at present india is better than china in software. Because of our knowledge in english, and our communication., which has a slight edge over a china. but folks don't forget china is only a few steps behind us , they can cross over us in software in nearly two years. so it is in out hands to uplift india in not only in software but also in all the fields

no i dnt agree with the statement that china is better than india in software.....To create a successfull software everything has to be seen ie. quality,quantity,durability,maintenance etc...China has a technique but they dont use it in efficient manner.the chinese produts only give 6 months warranty but the indian products give more tha that...Chinese products cost low but they dnt give the quality..india have their own standard and hence indians cant b compared with chinese.
